שבבי חלבון האפונה שלנו מכילים את כל 9 חומצות האמינו החיוניות לגוף שלכם; הם קלים לעיכול ומושלמים עבור תוספת למגוון מנות טבעוניות.
הוראות הכנה:
לפני כל שיטת הכנה יש להשרות את שבבי חלבון אפונה במים רותחים למשך כ-10 דקות ולערבב
לפני הכנה כדי שהמים יספגו היטב ובאופן שווה. לכל 25 גרם שבבים יבשים יש להוסיף 100 גרם או 100 מ”ל מים.
המלצות הכנה:
מומלץ להכין כתוספת למנות פסטה, אורז, למרקים או תבשילים, לפשטידות, קציצות, אמפנדס, בורקסים, רביולי, חטיפים ביתיים, כתוספת לאפייה ועוד.
הנחיות לאחסון:
יש לאחסן בטמפרטורת החדר במקום מוצל ויבש. אין צורך לשמור בקירור.
הורא ות שימוש:
להכנת 2 קג׳ מסה מוכנה מערבבים 560 גרם אבקה יבשה עם 1240 מ”ל מים קרים ו-200 מ”ל שמן. מערבבים עד לקבלת מסה הומוגנית ומאחסנים במקרר למשך 10 דקות. חלקו למנות (100 גרם למנה) והכינו את הארוחה המועדפת עליכם (המבורגרים, קציצות, קבבים וכו’). תוכלו לבשל/לטגן/לאפות ולהוסיף תבלינים וירקות בכל דרך שתרצו.
